a revolutionary on-demand conferencing service. Now you
can conference whenever you need to without a reservation!
Your permanent toll-free 800 number is always available,
24hours a day, 7 days a week.
To
start Ready-Call, the Chairperson and participants all
call the same 800 number and enter a passcode (Participants
will dial a 7-digit code, and Chairpersons will enter
the same 7-digit code plus a 4-digit PIN).
Touch-tone
controls allow the Chairperson several options: dial out,
lecture mode, roll call, individual muting, etc. Upon
account activation, each Chairperson will receive a "Welcome
Kit" that includes a wallet card explaining these functions.
